TESTIMONIALS

I just wanted to send a thank you! As always everything was absolutely perfect last night. The food was delicious, the servers were phenomenal. I greatly appreciate how easy, flexible and awesome everyone is to plan this event for us. Our staff were incredibly grateful and happy! - Kristi G.

I want to thank you all for a wonderful evening last night. I got so many compliments that were rightfully yours.  The space was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the evening was so relaxing and fun.  Thank you all for your hard work and expertise.  We all had a wonderful time. - Rebecca L.

Everything was fantastic last night! Thank you so much for helping us pull off two great events, for which we have received nothing but positive feedback. Sorry for the glitter! - Lesley K.

We had a business party at the venue this summer. The view and the food were incredible. It was a beautiful space for a get together and I can imagine the view is even more beautiful in the fall months. Highly recommend! - Judy L.

The Penn Stater (where our meeting was based) could have provided a similar banquet, but it was important to us to do an event away from there, since our attendees had already spent a lot of time in the same place. Our guests seemed very happy to have a new venue, and especially one with the nice outdoor space. The parking lot accommodated our buses, the food and drink were handled in-house, and the building offered a great space for both a cocktail hour and a seated dinner. One major advantage was that with a very diverse group of people from all over the world, Harrison's was willing to accommodate the various dietary restrictions of our guests. - Paul R.

The Harrison's team was very helpful and understanding of our wedding needs. We worked closely with Natalie who was very responsive and helped us through the entire process. We met with her multiple times at the venue, regarding various questions we had, and [especially about] the menu. She even held my dress so I could walk up to the highest venue level without troubles. We had a very enjoyable evening and the set-up, food, and staff exceeded our expectations. - Ashley

We held our son's summer wedding rehearsal dinner at [Mt. Nittany Overlook] for several reasons. The new facility has balconies and patios for guests to peruse the scenic views in good weather. Free parking meant our guests didn't hassle finding parking and risk getting tickets. And the food was outstanding! - Cindy L.

Such a beautiful and unique venue! The incredible view created a special environment for our rehearsal dinner. The private room and the decks were the perfect setting for toasts and family traditions and provided amazing photo ops. The food was delicious and our bartender, Shannon, and the rest of the staff were fun, friendly and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this venue for a perfectly elegant event! - "Mother-of-the-Bride"

If only every venue provided such a positive experience! We held my daughter's rehearsal dinner at [Mt. Nittany Overlook Event Center]. The food, the staff, and the view just added to the joy of the occasion! - Karen V.

We absolutely loved everything about our reception at [Mt. Nittany Overlook] and so did our guests. The staff was so accommodating, happy to help us and answer any questions at any time. All of our guests raved about the food, how friendly the staff was and how nicely put together the space is. We couldn't have asked for a better night, it went so smoothly we didn't have to worry about anything. - Stacy

I had my wedding here and had a great experience. Natalie was very helpful and accommodating in helping us to organize everything, and very prompt with responses throughout the whole process. The venue itself is beautiful, with the windows and views doing most of the decorating work. The food was delicious, as well (especially the mango salsa!). I would highly recommend holding any event here. - B.O.
